ISO 9001:2015 – Standard Requirements – Program Duration: 2 days
Presentation of all the requirements and compliance practices of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as the most important changes of the new edition. In particular, for risk assessment and management, implementation tools are provided and case studies and Risk Management, one of the most important changes – requirements of the new edition, are discussed.
ISO 9001:2015 – Internal Auditors – Program Duration: 3 days
Presentation of how to organize, plan and implement internal audits with an analysis of the methods of conducting an audit (ISO 19011). After completing the training program, participants will be able to organize and conduct internal audits both in the company they work for and as external consultants.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Inspectors/Lead Inspectors – Program Duration: 5 days
Presentation of first, second and third-party inspection techniques as well as the requirements of the ISO 19011 standard for Management System auditors. After completing the training program, participants will be able to implement Quality Management Systems, design and implement Quality Improvement programs and inspect Systems according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Training Methodology
The teaching methods used include lectures, practical exercises and group collaboration.
In this context, participants are invited to complete group and individual exercises and tasks, as well as role playing exercises that aim to develop their skills (time management, team spirit, collaboration).
At the end, an evaluation test and a satisfaction questionnaire are distributed to participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
